Where are your apartments located?
	Cardinal Pointe I is located at 808 W. Riverside Avenue, Muncie, Indiana (2.5 blocks from Ball State campus) Cardinal Pointe II is located at 2000 North Oakwood Avenue, Muncie, Indiana. Wheeling Manor is located at 2400 N Wheeling Ave, Muncie, Indiana.
What is the length of a lease for one of your apartments?
	Apartment leases are for 12 months.
What apartment amenities are offered?
	All apartments include water, trash, and sewage. Cardinal Pointe I and II also offer sparkling clean pools and outdoor grills.
Can I have a pet in my apartment?
	Cardinal Pointe I and II do not allow pets. However, you are welcome to have a pet at Wheeling Manor, with a one time $200 non-refundable fee. There is no additional monthly pet-rent fee.
Are your apartments on a bus route?
	Yes, all of our apartments are on bus routes.
